TAPPY HOUR - PRIVATE EVENT BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Deposit

- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Cancellation:

- More than 14 days before event: Only deposit is retained; no further charges apply.

- Less than 14 days before event: 100% of total booking fee is payable.

 

Tappy Hour Cancellation:

- In the rare event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

- A full refund of all monies paid, or

- The option to reschedule your event if possible.

 

Weather Policy

- For outdoor events, you are responsible for providing suitable shelter or cover in case of poor weather.

- Tappy Hour will not refund if the event is affected by weather and no alternative setup plan is provided.

 

Access & Setup

- You must provide:

- Clear access for bar delivery and setup

- Flat, stable ground and sufficient power (unless arranged otherwise)

- We require at least 2 hours for setup and 45 minutes for pack-down.

 

Licensing

- For any events serving alcohol, the client is responsible for ensuring a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is obtained if required. (We can assist with this if agreed in advance.)

 

Guest Responsibility

- You, the client, are responsible for ensuring guests behave respectfully.

- We reserve the right to stop service in the event of threatening or unsafe behaviour toward staff or equipment.

 

Photos & Social Media

- We may take photos of the setup for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.

- If you'd prefer no photos of your event are used, just let us know beforehand.

 

Agreement By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these booking terms and cancellation policies
